Also read the book "The great crash ahead" by Harry S. Dent, Jr and Rodney Johnson. Basically. they say the same things, just like God's warnings to the world.

Hint: 小老朽 Houston的房子，若是在北京或上海，可賣10倍市價。而中美建房子工資倍數則相反， Why ? (一般判斷 currency exchange rate 有所謂 Big Mac 法, Why not 房價 ?)
