【穩定的中國與俄羅斯夥伴關係】

The partnership ties between China and Russia are mutually beneficial and stand on confidence and conventional history of interdependent relations.
While facing Western countries political and economic pressure where will not impact China and Russia bilateral relations as stable and cooperative.In turn , China and Russia will not demand by history and culture vicissitudes.
China and Russia have a good , conventional history of supporting each other ; in longer term , the cooperation between China and Russia is based on the power to push comprehensive strategic partnerships.
The conventional history efforts have developed between the China and Russia that determines the regional and global stability ; if necessary , through the UN Security Council, where they use as veto powers to stop interfered Western countries.
In other words , China and Russia are both super power in the conventional history ; they carry out strategic cooperation to keep global stability and security.
For instance , the China's the Silk Route’s regional economic cooperation will bring strategic objective of $100 billion , such as high speed railways , energy , and financial cooperation.
Especially , Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian counterpart Putin have already build a close personal relationship.
Additionally , China and Russia's Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank which its tactical goal is to challenge the dominance of the Western countries led World Bank and the IMF.
In the end , stable partnership deployment both between the China and the Russia will be toward reducing dependence on the US dollar , and establishes an option within the global partnership , including financial system.

【STABLE PARTNERSHIP BOTH BETWEEN THE CHINA AND THE RUSSIA】

依據傳統的歷史基礎，中國和俄羅斯之間的夥伴關係是互信與互利的相互依存關係；

雖然，面對來自西方國家的政經壓力，其不會影響中國和俄羅斯，穩定與合作的雙邊關係；

另言之，中國和俄羅斯不會受歷史與文化要求改變！

長期以來，中國與俄羅斯擁有良好的傳統歷史與文化相互支持，合作是基於巨大的動力來驅動全面性策略夥伴關係；

傳統歷史與文化努力在中國與俄羅斯的發展，以確保區域與全球穩定；

必要時，透過安全理事會，操作否決權來阻止西方國家的干涉；

換句話說，在傳統歷史與文化，中國和俄羅斯都是超級大國，他們進行策略合作是維護全球穩定與安全；

舉例來說，中國的絲綢路，區域經濟合作可能帶來一千億美元的策略目標；

或如：高速鐵路，能源與金融合作！

尤其是，中國國家主席習近平和俄羅斯總統普丁已經建立密切的私人關係；

此外，中國與俄羅斯的亞洲基礎設施投資銀行，

其戰術目標是挑戰西方國家主導霸主地位的世界銀行和國際貨幣基金組織；

總之，穩定的中國與俄羅斯夥伴關係的部署將是降低對美元依賴；

並建構全球夥伴關係的一個選項，包括，金融系統！
