 According with the National defense white paper released by China’s State Council , colors Chinese military force prospection of how it will defend under the history and culture.

In particular , it is noteworthy at this very moment of tensions with disputed history.

While China has been committng not to open fire first , especially , now , China sees that it has been facing as potential crises and threats.

Beijing's new superpower relations is asking for the United States , and that its acknowledges a rising Asian superpower ; unfortunately , the

China has jsut been re-playing concept defense of history and culture , especially , with Mao Zedong’s thinking.

At the same time , STAR TREK DREAM is trying to push China into Maritime Superpower , especially , the high seas of the Navy.

In other words , DESIGN CHART OF ENTERPRICE pictures "The China Dream" for the future.

Although STAR TREK is stability and peace , but it making fear in Beijing's history and culture.

Indeed , National military strategy is inevitable in the highest level of National security deployment , which its insists on stability , security , cooperation , and mutual benefits , rather than history and culture.

At least , in the predictable future , and every countries are working together to counterattacking history and culture violence extremism and terrorism , especially , the U.S. - led , rather than Beijing's history and culture.

After all , history and culture violence extremism and terrorism have worsened , and become new crises and threats ; for instance , history and culture form hegemonism , and political extremism and terrorism.

As in new security threats , the national and homeland security facing China will be more than even before , so as in conclusion : the China must be Ending of history in priority , than counterattacking history and culture violence extremism and terrorism , rather than the United States and the Japan.

In the end , if China would like to own concept of Maritime Superpower , which its National military strategy would be followed by Ex.President Deng Xiaoping said , "TO BE FOSTER YOUR CAPABILITY , AND PACE YOUR FREE TIME" , in particular , facing the history and culture violence extremism and terrorism.

With the growth of national power , China’s forces should do their utmost to bear secure responsibility and commitment , and contribute more to global stability and security , rather than history and culture.

依據中國國務院公佈國防白皮書，描繪如何在歷史與文化下捍，衛中國軍事力量的願景；

特別是，歷史爭議的緊張情勢，此時此刻，更讓人關注！

雖然，中國曾經承諾不先開第一槍；

尤其是，中國，現在認為它已經面對潛在性危機與威脅！

北京的新大國關係要求美國承認一個崛起的亞洲大國；

不幸的是，中國僅是重演歷史與文化的防衛理念，特別是，毛澤東思想！

與此同時，星艦迷航夢想意圖驅動中國擠入海洋大國，特別是，遠洋海軍夢；

換句話說，企業號設計圖描繪未來中國夢願景！

雖然，星艦迷航是穩定與和平，但是，北京的歷史與文化讓人害怕！

其實，國家軍事策略是無可避免的，最高層級國家安全部署，

其強調的是穩定，安全，合作，與互利，而不是歷史與文化！

至少，在可預期的未來，全球各國能共同反擊，暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義，

特別是，美國領軍，而不是北京的歷史與文化！

畢竟，暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義已經惡化，並成為新的危機與威脅；

舉例來說，歷史與文化霸權主義，極端主義與恐怖主義的政治！

是以，在新的安全威脅，中國面對的國家與國土安全，將比任何時候更複雜；

是以，結論是中國必須優先終結歷史，以反擊暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義，而不是美國與日本！

最後是，如果中國想要擁有海洋大國思維，其國家防衛策略，還是如前國家主席鄧小平說饕光養晦；

尤其是，面對暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義！

伴隨國家力量的成長，中國軍隊應該盡最大努力承擔安全責任與承諾；

並為全球穩定與安全更大的貢獻，而不是歷史與文化！
