【賴清德說想想】【更好出路關於台灣警察改革】

台灣窮小子

最近發生，以台灣平民死亡為中心的事件，以及無數其他事件，繼續對廣泛性警察改革施加壓力，

但是，對於一些人來說，這些事僅是不良的歷史和文化結果。

對台灣人來說，他們是充滿歷史和文化失敗的制度與系統範例，以至於讓平民和警察受到傷害。

關鍵是要減少爛執法的問題官員，減少黑幫槍擊事件，減少黨國的外省族武力使用，減少警察心理健康問題。

2000年初以來，暴力犯罪明顯增加，但槍擊事件增加的原因是跨國性左翼有組織犯罪，尤其是境內恐怖主義和極端主義。

台灣人更容易被動武，這是不爭的歷史事實，這是一個歷史規律。

然而，這些都是複雜的模式，國民黨和民進黨在台灣，如何達成這些結果，以及我們如何應對這些結果上始終存在分歧，

因此兩黨警察改革，基本上，停滯不前，事實上，如何轉變台灣的執法方式，讓我們順利進入安全社會，

【A better way forward for the Taiwanese police reform】
Rrecent incidents centering on the deaths of civil Taiwanese，and countless others have continued to apply pressure for wide sweeping police reform. 
But，for some，these incidents are the result of bad history and culture.
To Taiwanese people，they are examples of a institutional system imbued with failures of history and culture，so that expose civilians and police officers to harm. 
The key is to reduce problematic officers who rotten the tree of law enforcement，bunch of gangsters-involved shootings，racial "One Party，One Country" in use of force，and mental health issues among officers.
Violent crime has significantly increased since the early 2000，however，the number of shootings have increased by the international Left-wing's organized crime，especially，above domestic terrorism and extremism.
It is an indisputable fact-historical that Taiwanese people are more likely to have force used on them. 
This is a historical pattern.
However，these are complex patterns，and KMT and DPP always differ on how Taiwan reached these outcomes and what we do about them，so as a result，bipartisan police reform has largely stalled. 
In fact，how to transform law enforcement in Taiwan and take us well into the safed society.
The main themes include give up history and cultrue，and reestablish accountability，training，respect，and tradition.
One Party，One Country history and culture is a highly problematic policy，which invented to make it more difficult to sue stupid police，so that this policy needs to be ended.
After all，the Law Enforcement of rights further doubles down on a lack of accountable for bad polices，though，country also have not a role to play.
Taiwanese people is out on a limb here，such as，supports eliminating qualified policing immunity.
Under One Party，One Country history and culture，though，police chiefs might not say it publicly or directly，but according with historical evidence that a significant number of them are quite frustrated by their inability to get rid of the bad One Party，One Country history and culture.
This is it，Taiwan needs to be reestablishment of new model of National Standards for Training and De-escalation
Because of many officers would have approached this situation differently，so that suggesting there are a myriad of tactics and strategies being taught.
Consequently，police officers may be put in positions to make poor decisions and bad outcomes because of a lack of the implementation of the National standards，so that should not be surprising.
Police officers regardless of whether they live in Taiwan anywhere， need to have similar training. 
Funding can be provided to have certified trainers，such as the Homeland Security of Department，The US，who work，train with localities within Taiwan's policing departments.
