For all Taiwan,everyone and industries to preserve our oceans. Because we know that the ocean circles our Nation,and provides Taiwanese survivability,but our ocean is facing seriouslly crisis and threat today - and we know the reason that they come from stupid of history and culture. The "BIG WORDS" activity of stupid of history and culture threatens our National oceans.Often illegal, ridiculous conventions-practices are evidence of endangering oceans and other marine life. These "BIG WORDS" activity and trends of stupid of history and culture are reversed,and influences across the Taiwan will be profound in the future. The damage will not be avoided with stupid of history and culture whether you live on a northern part of Taiwan or the southern part of Taiwan. The establishment of ending of history brings fresh Taiwan's oceans,and regulates Taiwan's climate,and provides more than 20 millions peopleeat fish,rather than stupid of history and culture.
