st/42、衝陽 chung¹  yang²（s-42）足陽明胃經脈。（3）足陽明胃經 stomack。

又名會源、跌陽、會湧、會骨。

足陽明胃經脈所過為原穴，虛實皆拔之。

【部位 area】

在足跗上5寸，足背最高之部，動脈外筋間。

【主治 heal】

1、         足關節炎 arthritis over the foot。

2、         下肢神經痛擊麻痺 neuralgia or palsy of the lower limbs。

3、         齒痛 toothache。

4、         嘔吐 vomiting。

5、         鼓腸 tympanites of intestines。

6、         食慾不振 anorexia。

【取穴 find point】

從第二趾直上，至足關節前橫紋，兩筋之間，陷凹中屈足背取之。

【解剖 disect】

在伸拇長肌腱和伸趾長肌腱之間；佈有脛前動、靜脈；淺層正當腓淺神經，深層則有正當腓深神經。

【方法 method】

針3分，（應用#32以下之豪針）。灸15分鐘，灸3壯。

【應用 application】

1、衝陽穴不宜針。
