In the long journey of learning advanced English, I think idiomatic usages and felicitous collocation are among the toughest problems to me.  Its kind of hard to move the obstacles away because while the different culture and language custom that are particularly pertaining to English-speaking people, they are not for foreigners to be easily familar with.
