Truffles, foie gras, and caviar, the traditional haute cuisine at prohibitive prices, have become ordinary, affordable food in China. PS. I remember I have told you before in my previous posting that the foie gras and the caviar are made through unhuman ways. Even they are much cheaper now, I will not eat them anyway. |
