The splendid, well-preserved Dunhuang Cave is not far from that tiny, idyllic desert city of Dunhuang. Is everything taken for granted to have such a great heritage for Chinese people and the whole world? PS. I did not see anything that contributed to her prominent work related to the Cave when I visited there. Perhaps because she is still alive at 87, but someday there will be.
