I learnt a piece of obituary from a LINE group yesterday that an erstwhile colleague suddenly died the very next day after he ecountered a fall.

The dead is about the same age as mine, in his mid 70s.  He used to be the champion in ping pong tournament of the company I was with, so he is an excellent amatuer athlete indeed.  He was still hale and hearty, keeping himself in good shape, when I last saw him two years ago.  No one would expect such a tragedy could possibly happen to him.

Dear seniors, always keep yourselves balanced, no matter you are standing or sitting.  Any fall happens to us may be a lethal one!
