Yesterday in a reunion, a former colleague told me her eldest grandson in high school showed her the textbook of civic course which states: Japan is the motherland of Taiwan. 

Do not just blame it on DPP.  Blame it on that pseudo-Nationalist Jap Li for his initiation in falsifying the history, and that genuine-Nationalist Bumbler Ma for his inactivity in rectifying such an absurd education.  Both of them will be brought to the trial of history for sure.
