Mayor Han Guoyu now is the medias blue-eyed boy.  The way he walks, the way he talks, and every thing related to him have been in the spotlight, like a heart-throb of entertainment circle.  But eventually the criteria to judge politicians, e.g. a mayor, hinge upon the performance of their duty, not the one on stage.  Take a salutary warning from that act-like-an-idiot Ke P, whose popularity has begun to ebb away mostly because of his incompetence and inactivity on the municipal governance.
