女性性騷擾?

Report said a China Mainland high school claims in its safety education text book that scantily-clad women sexually harass men, sparking controversy online recently.

Well, I think a woman scantily but at least properly dressed in front of other men in public is her right, and she shall be at her liberty to do so.  In other words, the dress itself is a "static" existence, no harm, no fault.  As long as the woman does not do anything provocative to make men get sexual arousal, it is essential that men should always repress their libidos, for the woman herself, as well as her skimpy dress, does not harass them at all.  The only thing that men can do is to politely "appreciate" such a sight for sore eyes, or "非禮勿視".

If there is anything non-static happened, that will be another story.  So the testbook also warned that women "talking in an open way or suggestive poses could stimulate mens feelings, and make them think of sex."  After all, it is not the dress itself, but the female wearer of it, that decides whether a sexual harassment against men that has ever taken place.

P.S.  Tomorrow I will leave for Province of Hunan, including that mecca of Zhangjiajie, for a week.  See you guys later.
