After the deadline, Cai administration havent received the invitation from WHA(World Health Assembly).  Again this year ROC or Taiwan wont be able to participate the assembly as an observer, not like those eight consecutive years was during Ma administration in office.

A trilogy will be played on by Cai: blame it on Chinas Mainland loudly for her "ruthless oppression"; hold a press conference at Geneva to protest against WHAs unjust and neglected decision against the health of people in Taiwan;  adopt some tricks, or even antics, to get a false impression that Taiwan got involved in the assembly.  Such political posturings Cai administration is going to make may incite a chorus of "indignation" within its supporters.  Chinas Mainland must have known it better, but when comparing with the principle of One Country, its really nothing at all. 

Lack of the information from WHA due to not allowed to take part in the assembly may bring adverse consequences on health to the people of Taiwan, in this era of information explosion?  Cai administration is just making a drama out of political reality, or simply making a joke.
