☃ Pertisau ☃

What a good and spacious land, a land flowing with milk and honey...
Three stars were breaking loose in the east, implying the Magi story.
Did I reach the garden of the Lord, or the legendary Promised Land...
Suddenly, I got what the Lord meant, the milk was exactly the snow...
And the blue nector beneath was the honey, as sweet as a fantacy...
So the prophecy was true, the Promised Land did exist in this world...
We chased our dream so far, into the heavenly anonymous retreat...
The journey was fulfilled, for we had witnessed the desired scenery...
Nothing could compare to the joy around, and nothing surpassed it...
If this had been a false illusion, we would have rather stay dreaming.
I praised Lord, for allowing us to dip into the fabulous milk and honey.
Here uphill we met an Italian couple who came to Pertisau for skiing.
I took several photos for them, seeing their joyfulness through lens...
They asked us if there's any snowy mountain in subtropical Taiwan...
I said "Ya, but not like this." The wife smiled, repeating "not like this."
I guessed even in Italy, such magnificent view as Achensee was rare.
Peaceful but stunning, yes, not like this. Pertisau is beyond compare.
We got plenty of time, actually, a whole day to appreciate the picture.
Thus, why waste energy standing, why not take a seat on the snow...
To see is to believe, the real scene in front of us was more fantastic.
Oh how I wished I could stay here forever to be a villager of Pertisau.
But to be or not to be, that is a decision only could be made by God...
Hence the best thing to do was to seize the day, that is Carpe` Diem.
Some say taking a trip to Europe in winter isn't wise, I say it depends.
Hallstatt & St. Wolfgang may belong to summer, but Pertisau doesn't.
I would say the best season for visiting Pertisau is the magical winter.
Words to describe the charming beauty seemed to be unnecessary...
Another pub was situated downhill on the other side of Berg station...
All people here were also watching something in the same direction...
I knew what they were longing for, it was God's unbelievable miracle.
