On desire and decision of where to shop for your home furniture and office supplies , keep in mind there are lot of choices. However, some are expensive than others, so be aware of what you see and their prices.

Below are the stores we go to and hang out, sort of window shopping.

This time we shopped our furnitures mainly at:

1. B-Mart(clothes holders for garage sale clothes, and it will be well use for later to hang up clothes to dry.)
2. Petco(cat door)
3. Fred-Meyer(Shift movables, balcony screen, replaced one of the Gable's Kitchen faucet one bathroom sink faucet cap) 
4. Target(2 box of hangers and a stand lamp.)
5. Ikea( Two set of sofa, a file cabinet that has three drawers and a key, a clothes cabinet that has four drawers, but is very easy to tip over if you have two drawers open to try to fold two set of clean laundary back to the drawers at the same time.)(Ikea ridiculously cost us 55 US dollars to have four pieces of the furnitues delivered to us at our doorstep or in the livingroom as you call it. )(And some of the stocks arrived were partically ruined from a little crack damage.)
6. Sleep country(Matress box and sleep number bed.)
7. Office Max(mainly for the garage sale and replace our whiteboard wipe)It was weird that the check out cashier tried so hard to hand us the items we didn't purchase. We had to remind him what we bought.
8. Portable air conditioning(Fry's Electronics.)

I were very much leaning towards go see three bed stores in order to compare the three store offering prices before making the final decision on purchasing the bed. But my husband wanted to jump to the conclusion, and he was saying, they all like the same brand and same prices to me. I don't know why waits to make the decision.                                                                                            

In my mind, Matress World said if they can't compete the prices, everything is free, plus free delivery. Bed Mart is also offering a lot good deal as well. I don't know how could they all be the same prices. When Sleep country only offered 0 money down with 1 year finance, and free delivery. The sale clerk did not care about two year finance on a over a thousand dollar bed, which is telling me he is not listening to my need and is giving us a hard time, but my husband doesn't sense it.

We did saved a lot of furnitures and so we don't have to replace too many furnitures. We also decide we will be doing a garage /moving sale for the first time. Becuase now we have a garage and we need all the storage we can use for the car and whatever stuff we don't want to keep inside our house. So, we both agree we could use some garage sale money.

Our utiity in the place we are moving to is a bit too much they are asking for and it a bit too much to bear, but we think about now we have a garage.

We have no extra storage in the hallway. Yes, we do have some storage place near the water heater, and on top of the washer+dryer. The closest for the master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom were all very small spaces to us. But, we will have to live with it until we are moving again. And there is  no extra storage on the balcony, it is really upseting. We had to purchase stuff to prevent second hand smoke,  to cover some of the spot to get tjhe privacy we want, and to prevent rain drops.

I'd rather move to some other places they value their customers/tennants on signing up the one year apartment housing by rewarding no moving in fees and provide low prices upon moving in and Plus low month -two month rentals.

This place we are moving in to would cost more to live if we asked for one month free. 8-10 lease is one month free but would cost us more according to the leasing manager. A whole year lease is only half month free and cost is 40 dollars less.

 Next time, I am moving to a place that have  elevators, A/C, balcony, garage, carport parkings, some utilities paid by the owner, 3 or 4 bed rooms, and at least two walking closets. I also would like to deal with 0 carpets in all the rooms, stainless steel appliances& stainless counter tops, and tile wall on my bathrooms.  When I can move to a place that fit this description it would be a dream come true.
