太極廣場練太極 暑期中,每週日早上8:30朱殿蓉老師都會在馬州洛城的「陳鉅太極紀念廣場」帶領學生、太極拳愛好者一同練習太極拳,練習的整個過程如下:
太極拳可以自個練習,推手則要推手的伴,故我主要是來推手練習的啦!推手的兩人是互相幫忙、互相測試各自的姿勢是否正確,是否夠鬆、夠沉,較鬆、較沉者常能"獲勝"。 TAI CHI IS NOT THE WAY BUT A MEANS OF HELP PEOPLE REALIZE THEIR OWN WAYS ~~ DAVID C. CHEN 太極拳本身並不是道,而是協助人意識到自己道路的工具~~陳鉅 TAI CHI CHUAN IS A TOOL FOR EVALUATING OUR INNER BALANCE. 太極拳是評量內心平衡的工具 CULTIVATE YOUR BODY IN ORDER TO ACCUMULATE SKILLS. CULTIVATE YOUR MIND IN ORDER TO ACCUMULATE WISDOM. 鍛鍊體魄以便積累技能;陶冶心性以便積累智慧。 WHEN YOU ARE PUZZLED, YOUR TEACHER IS THE ANSWER. WHEN YOU COMPREHEND, EVERYTHING IS YOUR TEACHER. 當你困惑時,你的老師就是答案;當你領悟了,萬物都是你的老師。 YIN-YANG IS THE MOTEHR OF ALL THINGS. WE LEARN TAICHI IN ORDER TO BECOME A BETTER CHILD. 陰陽是一切事物之本,我們學習太極,以便成為一個更好的人。 SILENCE WITHIN SILENCE IS NOT TRUE SILENCE. SILENCE WITHIN NOISE IS TRUE SILENCE. 靜音中安靜不算是真的安靜;喧噪中能安靜才是真的安靜。 THE TOUGHEST OPPONENT IN PUSH-HANDS IS OUR OWN EGO. 推手時最難克服的是自己的自我。 THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF TAI CHI CHUAN HAS NO NEED OF FORM AND MOVEMENT. IT IS A STATE OF NON-INTENT. 太極拳的最高境界並不是拳架和動作,而是無心。 FOR A BENINNER, TAI CHI IS A WORKOUT. FOR A PRACTITIOINER, TAI CHI IS A DISCIPLINE. FOR A MASTER, TAI CHI IS THE WAY OF LIVING. AND THEY ARE ALL THE SAME TAI CHI. 對於初學者,太極是鍛練;對於練拳者,太極是紀律;對於大師,太極是生活。 DON’T FIND EXCUSES NOT TO PRACTICE. INSTEAD, FIND EVERY OPPORTUNITY TO PRACTICE. 別找藉口不練習,相反地,找任何機會練習。 THE ABILITY TO EVALUATE ONE’S SELF IS THE BEGINNING OF LIFELONG IMPROVEMENT. 能夠自我評量是終生精進的開始。 WE PRACTICE TAI CHI CHUAN TO BECOME A BETTER ME, NOT A BETTER THAN YOU. 練習太極拳以便自我成長,而不是與他人比較。 THE PURPOSE OF OUR DAILY PRACTICE IS TO REFINE OUR SKILLS, NOT REPEAT OUR HABITS. 日常練習的目的是為了改善我們的技能,而不要重複我們的壞習慣。 |
