Jumping onto a horseback
Running like flying
How wonderful it is!

I am riding on a steed
He is tall and fat
His legs are strong
Like four wheels of a car
When he runs, like whirling-wheels
Let me feel dazzled
His mane always points backward

He is running forward at great speed
Passing over grassland, hillsides
So much scenery, he has past by like a lightning
So many raged roads, he has taken like a lightning
So many fights, he has experienced like a lightning
He never cares about this

Write history into time
Whom does he carry on back?
An ordinary people? Genghis Khan?
Known as a black horse? A Heaven horse? Or a steed?
He never cares about this
He only like running, running…

And you? Do you care about so much?
I advise you not to do so
Just jump onto a horseback and run in the grassland
You will feel joyful enough

     躍上馬背    許其正

躍上馬背

馭馬快意而馳

那是一種多麼心怡的事！

要的是一匹駿馬

健壯的身軀足以載重若輕

最重要的是四隻矯健的腿

賽過車輛的四個輪子

當牠奔馳，好像是飛輪急轉

讓人看得眼花撩亂，目不暇給

牠的鬃毛總是向後順倒，貼在身上

風馳電掣而前

奔馳過草原、山野

多少風景，電閃而過

多少崎嶇，電閃而過

多少爭戰，電閃而過

牠才不去管那麼多

把歷史寫在時間裡

牠馱載的是誰？

一介小民？成吉思汗？

被譽為黑馬？天馬？還是千里馬？

那是世人的口舌

牠才不去管那麼多

牠只是愛奔馳，奔馳……

而你呢？你要管那麼多嗎？

勸你不要那麼自尋煩惱

只要躍上馬背

馭馬快意而馳就夠了
