e-mail "要收郵資" which means they finally find a way to charge people. After all if you want to make sure the person who you e-mail gets it. And of course they will say it is merely for businese type however in couple of years we might facing the daily life problem such as e-mail homework to teacher or someother stuff that require certain attention.
