Problem: Had a problem with VXDIAG VCX SE Nissan and Consult 3 Plus V240 software. Cannot find Infinity Q60S 2016 model. It is not listed in the car menu. It did not do automatic VIN reading, if put the VIN it says it is not in the list.
Solution: The user may not have selected the correct region and country. How to choose region or country in Consult iii plus software? Hit “Sub mode” under Application setting. Select “Country Selection“. Select the correct region/country and press “Set”. Read VIN again. |
