Problem:

Tried to diagnose a 2001 Citroen Jumper using VXDIAG VCX SE and PSA diagbox software. Version 9.15 only scanned 1 control module and version 9.85 only scanned 5 modules, any idea?

Solution:

VXDIAG J2534 only supports 2006 onwards Citroen Peugeot vehicles.

It does not work properly on -2006 older K-line models. So it is normal if it cannot scan all modules for older models.

Another important point is that install Diagbox software on a separate system or partition. It may conflict with diagnostic software.
