Problem: VXDIAG VCX SE Benz with 2025.03 xentry software failed to scan W2213 MRD2 engine control module.   Solution: This error is usually caused by an issue with the Zenzefi certificate. Either the Zenzefi certificate has not been imported, or there is a problem with the imported certificate. Diagnosing newer Mercedes models, such as the W213, W206, W223,W465 etc, requires importing a Zenzefi certificate into the XENTRY software. |
