Problem:

VXDIAG VCX SE Benz DoIP scanner cannot connect with a 2023 Mercedes-Benz S450d, 223 model.
I can’t connect with VCXSE (error login failed). I can connect with Topdon Phoenix Plus with DOIP.
Why can’t I connect to VCX SE?
Maybe the DOIP settings are wrong?

Solution:

You need to activate Zenzefi certificate to access latest W223 models, the problem is not in your VXDIAG device.

As of the 06/2020 data release, a prompt to enter a personalised user name and password will appear when accessing the new E-Class and S-Class. It is not possible to diagnose these vehicles without entering this information. This means that these vehicles can no longer be repaired/diagnosed without diagnosis access authorization (Zenzefi license). Every user must go through an identification process in order to acquire the corresponding user rights for the facelift of the E-Class and subsequent models.
