As an English leaner and teacher,
I firmly believe that in language learning,
there should be no impression without expression; no outputs without inputs.
Effective learning is the result of habit formation through frequent usage.
To increase students' inputs in class,
I like to use a variety of authentic materials connected with our lives.
Provide the frequent praise, reinforcement and acknowledgement of effort.
Help to build up students' confidence in the language-growth process.
But, not all students are quick learners;
therefore, I have to be patient and allow them to make some mistakes.
Students can always become what a teacher expects of them.
In the teaching process,
I am a helper and a supporter for students through their journey of learning.
Besides, I emphasize more the importance of moral education.
Each individual should be morally educated well,
so that he or she will become a solid part of the social foundation for our better tomorrow.
