這次要求每個家長提供4道食譜(2主食+2甜點),

幼兒園再匯集成冊,請大家來買.

"要自己的哦,不要網上搜來的."老師特別交待.

一想到要寫英文,我就一個頭兩個大,

明天最後一天截止日,今天不寫不行了.

找些最簡單的寫吧:

清蒸魚食譜

材料:

• 魚肉片(只要新鮮較沒有腥味的魚都行.)
• 薑絲
• 蔥一支,切絲
• 酒少許
• 鹽少許
• 黑楜椒少許
• 麻油少許

作法:

• 魚片放盤裡,灑點酒,再撒上鹽和黑楜椒.最後均勻撒上薑絲及蔥絲,蒸熟.
• 燒熱一大匙油,放入薑絲及蔥絲,倒點麻油.將滾燙的油淋到魚上.即可上桌.

Steam Fish with Green onion and Ginger

• Fish fillets (any fresh mild-flavored fish works well. Such as Haddock, Turbot, Sole...)
• Ginger
• Green onion
• Cooking wine
• Salt
• Ground black pepper
• Sesame oil

1.Cut Ginger and Green onion into  julienne.

2.Place fish in a dish. Drizzle with cooking wine, salt and black pepper. Put ginger and green onion on top. Steam it.

3.Heat 1 tablespoon cooking oil in a small saucepan until hot. Put ginger, green onion, and 1 teaspoon sesame oil in. Pour all of them into the cooked fish.

自從政府預算砍了給幼兒園的補助後,

幼兒園的募款次數頻繁了,

所以家長時不時又有作業啦,

其實,私底下和幾個老中媽媽們聊,

大家都寧願直接給錢,省事多了.

可惜現實,無法這麼幹.

Sweet Red Bean Soup

Pre-soak the beans in water overnight. Put water and soaked beans in a large pot. Bring to a boil and then simmer until beans are soft. Then add sugar.

Tofu pudding with ginger syrup

• Tofu pudding (you can buy it at Chinese grocery store)
• ginger syrup (put sliced ginger, brown sugar and water in a pot, bring to a boil and the simmer for 30 minutes.)
• 1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)
• 1 tablespoon sweet red bean soup (optional)

Use a shallow ladle to scrape the tofu pudding into a bowl. Add ginger syrup, maple syrup and sweet bean soup.
