Hi, NiuNiu,

Last night, I met Huei mommy in the internet, we chatted for a while. She gave me a website, and I learnt about what is "anxiety", and how it happened, and I believe that I will find some ways to solve the illness. I will fight for it.

The Sutra said, you will raise your mercy when you are sick. I hope this illness will teach me more about mercy. I experienced the terrible situation, I totally understood what is it, and the feelings. I definately will help someone who had the same situation as I experienced if I could find anything to solve it. I will try to make the good cause for it, and hope it will have good effect, too.

Thank you for always supporting me, my dear, I really do not know what should I do without you.
As I usually said, I can't live without you, no matter you thought it is so ~~uuuu~~~

The key to anxiety is---be positive with smiles all the time

Attentive to something interesting and positive

Relevent to someone you care including YOU

Confidence should be the best weapon for all kinds of uncertainties. Having confidence of yourself and others and believe only something good happened, happens and will happen.

Sharing your negative thoughts when suffering anxiety to reduce the level of anxiety, having a group of optimistic persons who share some positive sides of views, reading something comedy or watching some easy films with happy endings, talking to yourself sincerely, loving yourself all-heartedly, accepting yourself, changing negative thoughts by seeing their positive sides, exercising every day, and taking care of yourself.

Only when you take good care of yourself, can you take care for others you truly love.
