| Hi, NiuNiu We are so happy to get a basket present from HongKong. Every year, they never forgot to send us some present or money. I really appreciate it. Of course these are all good stuffs which I could not afford it. We can enjoy it for this winter. Please do not forget how happy you got it, because you will give all your warm thought to others. I would like to tell you one of the Buddhism stories which I really love.... A white bird saved a king's life, so the king want to thank it, and he would to give a lot of gold to someone who could find it. Years and years, nobody found it. A wise old man suggested the king, why don't you give your appreciation to the black birds which was easy to find. White birds and Black birds are all birds, not much differences. This story taught me, I will give my appreciation to others when I could hardly give it back to the person who helped me. Like my father, he died long time ago, I could not pay back to him, so I love you as much as I would like to give to my father. I hope you think it over and we can discuss this topic when we go to school tomorrow morning. Love~ mom |
