| last year (2025 Dec) when i noticed spouse face got hurt-wounded scars in his left side face nearby nose, i inquired him did the psycho hurt him, he denied but the wound mark didnt go away so pushed him to visit and tell doctor several times. so got order to visit professional and then did surgery on his face with quite long line surgery scar. then revisit twice everything looks ok and recovery(scar disappeared).
6/26/2025 revisit to do whole body skin cancer examine then found his right side face 2 places need to use 氮冷冻治疗皮肤癌症 (skin cancer by nitrogen freeze). Then the doctor told him no worry at all but must re-examine yearly. after he returned home he told me he paied attention the 2 places skin colour changed due to comes and goes so he thought is ok. And the rich guy also went shopping (spouse went to buy lunch for hot dog/chicken sandwitch @$1 each, milk..) and told his face got cancer surgery. i began wondering does it relate to notebook(or TV which not frequently turn on) 辐射? maybe the white lack of 黑色素 especially 蓝色眼睛无法忍受阳光 ? 6/26/2025 i found his left side 老年纹(近鼻头) area 隆起 and inquired him did the doctor see it, he answeared doctor did left(not right) side face examine 1st should be no problem. so i told him monitor it every day. --i would never put 防晒霜 on my skin that years ago 防晒产品 caused serious problem same as J&J baby body powder caused cancer. Any chemical made potential would hurt 人体 except china made 珍珠膏 which mom used many years, quite good 护脸产品. --that means spouse case definitely came from 日光 or/and 普通照明用的白炽灯(not become hot but cool-type 灯泡). he told me when he was kid parents brought them to beach frequently he got burnt but cant refuse, then went army cant refuse 行军 either. he knew 紫外线 would cause skin cancer since child so always wear hat (few times forgot). the doctor noticed and suggested the larger 帽檐 the better. i did before he refused so i mentioned again to buy new one in Temu, he wont because very conservative Germany-style. big 帽檐 looks like 女性化 to him. however he told me underpants i bought for him, quite confortable he likes. he had skin doctor appointment on 6/13 so he took shower wore it then the appointment was cancelled (postpone to 6/26) he got very itch so suspect whether didnt wash caused. until it washed and proved the pant(not made by 100% cotton but 96% 聚酯 4% 聚酯,纯色,透气舒适,针织面料,轻微弹力 exactly what he felt about) did not cause itch problem but else. so i wrote the product comment on Temu as: 5 star (highest score) after we bought till 6/13/2025 1st time wore it to visit doctor which was cancelled but got quite unknown itch. i told him after wash it see whether still allergy itch. we always bought 100% cotton made, 1st time bought 96% 聚酯. but after it washed and proved the itch not happen must be something else. spouse felt the pants just as the adv declared 透气舒适, 轻微弹力 very confortable for hot summer. the size M also fit his body. so i would give 5 star. ............................. 7/1/2025 i had bad day yesterday, that tried to visit doctor for annual examine and discuss whether vitamine D3 2000 IU, B12 5000mcg(both not daily worry side effect) and Alendronate 70mg should discontinue as got 1st time needle pain in my body plus did Xray on both hands and ultra sound for right side breast. before leaving home got phone called that doctor cancelled and 7/30 is available date. it is worse and worst. the clinic only has 1 (male) doctor, so most time nurses i visited. few days eariler got clinic called saying the female (nurse) is available to see me before 6/30. i was confused and told already got 6/30 appointment. then the lady said ok to keep 6/30. after the doctor cancelled i confirmed whether the nurse is available which turned out 7/25 so i reserved to visit her. in case doctor is too busy then cancell 7/30 schedule again. due to the clinic complex system i decided to contact spouse doctor office to verify whether his doctor can take new patient. but was told until Nov to verify whether available for new patient. i would say it depends what kind health insurance we have, this year saw the news our insuance company was cut off certain benefits by medicare and the plan we have tries to downsize. Cant understand why Trump still spend more money on his wars ignore patients are suffering more and more difficult to visit doctor when need. the worst hardly can find available doctors. insurance company did post doctors in network but whenever to confirm either wont take new patient or not in network any more. i got agent(between client and insurance company) who cant help either (same problems as i called) which insurance plan is better? depends how easy you can find available doctor accept the plan. PS quite suspect the number is wrong. cant be all Asian got medicad. i never trust usa statistic numbers. So this time Trump tries to cancell Medicad/CHip? ps Here’s how millions of people could lose health insurance if Trump’s tax bill becomes law WASHINGTON (AP) — Roughly 11.8 million adults and children will be at risk for losing health insurance if Republicans’ domestic policy package becomes a law. Are you an immigrant? Getting coverage may get harder. The bill narrows the definition of who qualifies for lower Obamacare, restricting access for thousands of refugees and asylum seekers who come to the U.S. every year. States that offer Medicaid coverage to cover immigrants who may not be here legally will also receive less money from the federal government. Several states allow immigrants to enroll in Medicaid, paid for only using state tax dollars. But the bill threatens that coverage by lowering the rate the federal government pays for all legal residents from 90% to 80%. That will lead some states to drop their program for immigrants entirely rather than lose federal funding. Already, California has announced a freeze on any new enrollment for the state funded Medi-Cal for all immigrants. Illinois, meanwhile, halted its program this month. Able-bodied? You’ll have to work, volunteer or go to school. Most coverage losses are expected to come from the GOP’s proposed work requirement. People aged 19 through 64 will be required to work, volunteer or go to school for 80 hours per month in order to qualify for Medicaid under the new law. They’ll be exempt if they’re disabled, pregnant or parent a child who is 14 or younger. Most Medicaid enrollees already work, attend school, have a disability or are caregivers, which should exempt them from the requirement. Only about 8% of enrollees report not working or being unable to find work. PS that is 71258215(medicad) x 8% = 5700657 11.8 million adults and children - 5700657 (medicad without job) = 6.8 million 7,319,747 (chip) - 6.8 million(cancell chip) = 519747 ie kids can have chip PS who are they must be cancelled Medicad/Chip? or medicare(without medicad) patients who are immigrations ?---my mistake, ignore it. 2.3%。 --i am afraid pity middle-low income lose more as huge debt higher and highest taxes wont a bit down but increase. --from 2025/07/04 - 2034/07/03 1180万/9 yrs = 131万/yr plus no adding new medicad/chip. How many illegal immigrants live in the United States in 2025? There are an estimated 11 million undocumented immigrants living in the United States. This number represents roughly 3.3% of the total U.S. population and 23% of the foreign-born population. California has the largest number of unauthorized (illegal) immigrants, estimated at 2.6 million in 2022. Texas is second, with an estimated 2.1 million, according to Newsweek. In California, undocumented immigrants are not eligible for most federal public benefits but can access certain state-funded programs and services. Specific Benefits and Programs: Medi-Cal:Undocumented immigrants are now eligible for full-scope Medi-Cal, Californias Medicaid program. Previously, they were limited to emergency and pregnancy-related services. CalFresh:Some qualified immigrants can receive food stamps (CalFresh), including those who meet the programs requirements, regardless of their entry date into the U.S. Cash Assistance Program for Immigrants (CAPI):This state-funded program provides monthly cash benefits to non-citizens who are ineligible for SSI/SSP due to their immigration status. Disability Insurance (DI) and Paid Family Leave (PFL):Undocumented workers in California can apply for DI and PFL benefits, which provide partial pay during periods of disability or family leave. WIC and School Meals:Undocumented immigrants are eligible for the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) and free or reduced-cost school meals. AB 60 Drivers Licenses:Individuals who cannot prove legal presence in the U.S. can obtain an AB 60 drivers license by meeting other California DMV requirements and providing proof of identity and residency. State-Funded Financial Aid:Undocumented students may be eligible for state-based financial aid and institutional scholarships at California colleges and universities. Ineligibility for Federal Benefits: Undocumented immigrants are generally ineligible for most federal public benefits, including SNAP (food stamps), regular Medicaid, SSI, and TANF. Emergency Services:Undocumented immigrants are eligible for emergency Medicaid and access to emergency rooms, as well as other emergency and disaster relief programs. Public Charge Rule: Many of the public benefits listed above, including Medi-Cal, CalFresh, and WIC, are not considered under the federal "public charge" rule, which assesses whether a person is likely to become dependent on public assistance. Job Protection: While DI and PFL provide pay, they do not guarantee job protection. However, other laws like the California Family Rights Act (CFRA) may provide job-protected leave for eligible workers. Which state is not immigrant friendly? Five states have the most aggressive anti-sanctuary laws in the country, requiring local agencies to become significantly involved in the deportation of undocumented residents: Florida (1.95), Georgia (2.55), Iowa (2.05), Texas (1.95), and West Virginia (2.4).May 16, 2025 -- not sure what is (1.95) but searched [Which state has the least immigrants?] West Virginia has the smallest percentage 1.8% of foreign-born residents among all U.S. states, |
