| recently got difficulty wrote in my udn blog and now got :Access Denied

Reference #18.d01c2117.1689058833.1423fbc so i google search showing : Symptoms When you go to a Microsoft website that is hosted by the Akamai CDN, you frequently receive an "Access Denied" message that resembles the following: Access Denied You dont have permission to access http://www.microsoft.com on this server. Reference #18.85c5d617.1549635923.277a7a1 Note In this message, the URL value is the URL of the site the user tried to reach and the reference number is a unique identifier for that user and access attempt. Examples of common CDN-hosted Microsoft websites include but arent limited to the following: www.microsoft.com support.microsoft.com oneapi.microsoft.com products.office.com partner.microsoft.com visualstudio.microsoft.com www.xbox.com technet.microsoft.com msdn.microsoft.com privacy.microsoft.com account.microsoft.com developer.microsoft.com Cause This issue occurs because of the measures that Akamai has implemented to protect its websites from denial-of-service attacks. If a single origin or source tries to connect too frequently, these measures automatically block any IP addresses from that origin or source. The exact thresholds that are used to determine when to block addresses are based on connection volume. The blockage is usually temporary. As soon as the connection volume remains below the defined thresholds for a while, the block on the affected TCP/IP address is expected to be removed. Resolution To resolve this issue, make sure that you (or your organization) are not trying to connect to these websites too frequently within a short time. For example, this issue can occur in an enterprise environment that uses devices that test network connectivity. Such a device tests Internet connectivity from an internal network by connecting to one or more Internet addresses that are considered reliable and responsive (such as Microsoft websites). The device reconnects to these sites at an interval that is set by the enterprise administrator. If that interval is too short, the protection measures on the Akamai CDN may identify the device as a potential threat and then block it. To fix the issue, the enterprise administrator may have to only reduce the recurrence interval of the test connections. --i never like MS any app and O.S. , i use firefox not Microsoft website or MS Edge have no idea whats the problem at all. i only wish China can replace MS totally asap to end the MONSTER whenever it updated my nightmare happens. so i cant but try MS Edge it shows same as Firefox Error: Server Error The server encountered a temporary error and could not complete your request. Please try again in 30 seconds. that i saw earlier when use Firefox and followed the instruction waited 5min-3hrs but failed. MS should change 30 sec to 1-3 days. some erros took many days never is 30 sec. ps 7/11/2023 just rememer its been over a month when i baidu search and frequently some china websites cant visit that also seemed I were hacker attack their websites, it also happened to our banks. i got feeling some malicious virus thru me to invade whatever i visit websites why? stealing some thing such as banks-related money. a week ago the bank link with investment website the years trend always showing deeply down then couple days ago suddenly jump high this year. very suspicious like it link to fake website, i also suspect the bank website also is fake that i found our internet service company changed/corrected fee charge but bank balance never changed seemed stole our overpaid money. that similar feeling since SSR auto cut off from $xxx.yy to $xxx.00 without notify retired receiving SSR people. it also happened to any utlility companies and others can auto changed fee charges in the past. who stealing money? definitely usa group including Indo companies who are app provider especially banks system that i found serious bugs in charter one bank which sold out to usbank and bug never solved then shut down neraby branch. same happened in BOA. it is very difficult to catch, even i found the evidence gone because they can auto change or delete my copy files. old time they cant thats how i called charter one bank complaint it but within 1-2 months it sold out. Any app. software made by usa or their foreign contractors (banks, immigration related most are Indo companies) never can fix serious bug problems. i dont know who made usa email system especially ATT.
