夏日限定，

芒果的季節又來到。

愛文芒果的豔紅色澤實在太誘人，

輕輕撥開外層果皮，

裡頭果肉散發出金黃色閃亮光芒。

將果肉切成丁狀放入杯中，

先嘗一塊方塊丁，

濃郁的果香伴隨著香甜汁液。

在芒果丁杯中倒入無糖優酪乳，

用著湯匙輕輕攪拌，

太陽果獨特的甜香與微酸的乳品，

是酷暑的良伴。

Summer is here,

and mango season is back.

The bright red color of an Irwin mango looks so inviting.

After peeling the skin,

the golden flesh inside seems to glow.

I cut the mango into small cubes and put them in a cup.

I try a piece first.

It is sweet, juicy, and full of mango flavor.

Then I pour some plain unsweetened yogurt over the mango.

I gently mix it with a spoon.

The sweet mango and tangy yogurt are a perfect match for a hot summer day.
