The  question involved lots of consequent issues, a knife has 2 sides, an issue  always involves good and bad, we can't deny hi-tech brings  human a good impact, as long as we don't abuse it and have to be precious what we have, enjoy it , other hand we also have obligation to maintain it as safe as possible.

Earthquake and Tsunami couldn't prevent it, only if nuclear plants did maintain well, the situation wouldn't get so worst. The fact is Tokyo electricity company doesn't do a good job, even make a false data, plus they over built nuclear plants( total 57 in whole Japan, only provides 30% of national electricity need), we should have a reasonable doubt, why they over built and put the world in dangerous zone, it obviously is the money which can benefit the company(Tokyo electricity company)  and politicians, the suffering party is the regular Japanese who have to pay the income tax for paying  government expenses and the  policies  decided by those politicians. Sorry that Japanese has to pay a huge price ( their life, healthy) for Tokyo electricity company made such huge mess, it's not a bow and apology can reimburse the people life, health, mentally, physically, the political party hurts others never realizes how painful people have to go through, the pain will be  suffering  for life time,
The nuclear already contaminate water, agriculture  , daily products and it's economic situation also impact worldwide deeply.
