至於MV　則是喬治與一位日本裔混血模特兒凱西共同拍攝
片中這位東方女孩（長得有點像林憶蓮與劉玉玲）身穿性感內衣　頭帶白色假髮　在音樂錄影帶中展現她曼妙的身材
喬治除了與她上演床戲外　還在她的裸體用口紅寫了兩個字：
"Explore Monogamy"(一夫一妻制的追尋)
只可惜媒體只會用有色眼光看待這支MV

甚至被禁播（不過唱片公司仍修剪出較保守的版本得以放送）
謠傳這位東方女孩就是喬治當時的女友
不知是真或假　畢竟後來他也出櫃了

在喬治麥可的歌曲中　〔I Want Your Sex〕並不是我特別喜歡的歌曲
但個人覺得它的歌詞出色
描述出那種熱戀中的情侶內心真正的想法
雖然直接　卻不會給人色情的聯想
