雖然票房還不錯 但評價遠不及上一部〔Lady Sings The Blues／難補情天恨〕
當然黛安娜也演唱了主題曲〔Theme From Mohogany(Do You Know Where You’re Going To?)／／君知汝往何處去〕
這首旋律美妙的抒情佳作於１９７６年初登上了美國流行榜后座
成為蘿絲單飛後個人第三首冠軍曲
此外還是成人抒情榜冠軍 黑人榜＃１４
英國＃５ 加拿大＃３
隔年還獲得奧斯卡最佳電影歌曲提名
