歌曲描述某個被父親性侵犯的兒童因亂倫羞辱
被迫槍殺其父報復的故事
歌詞中的"He jacked a little bitty baby”本來是
"He rapped a little bitty baby”
但為了商業之故改成前者
這是主唱Steven Tyler在Newsweek看到某則新聞有感而發寫出的歌曲
