１９７７年加入表姊妹－－主唱葛洛莉亞伊斯特芬（Gloria Estefan）和梅西Mercedes "Merci" Navarro，改名邁阿密之音

葛洛莉亞與團長Emilio Estefan Jr,並在１９７８年結婚

１９７７年，邁阿密之音在Audiofon旗下推出首張西班牙語大碟［Renacer / Live Again／重生］（西／英語兩版） 

標題曲為首支主打

由Carlos Oliva, J. Giordano "Giodano", Luis Serrano & Raúl Murciano, Jr.創作，

最早由厄瓜多兄妹二人組Egberto and Maria De Lourdes灌錄．

邁阿密之音版由Carlos Oliva製作成一首拉丁流行抒情曲，編曲柔緩，

兩名主唱葛洛莉亞和梅西合唱，兩人聲音旗鼓相當．

［Renacer］同時灌錄英語版［Live Again］，除語言不同外，編曲／製作皆相同．

１９９０年１０月，已經單飛的葛洛莉亞伊斯特芬首張西班牙語精選［Éxitos de Gloria Estefan］，

重新灌錄單人版的［Renacer］，編曲改變，更加突出葛洛莉亞的音色．
