尼爾說：「偶爾我喜歡使用一種特定的抒情詩風格，在這種情況下，

這首歌的標題參考了 19 世紀美國詩人亨利·沃茲沃斯·朗費羅（Henry Wadsworth Longfellow）。

戴蒙在回憶起一個例子後特別選擇引用朗費羅．

在他十幾歲的時候，戴蒙曾利用詩人的一首作品成功地勾引了一位年長得多的女性。。
