His orchestra plays to stadium-sized crowds around the world, presenting classical music with a Disneyland twist, and his tours earn almost as much as Lady Gaga's - and more than Justin Bieber's. Richard Roth takes us to meet the Dutch violinist and conductor who lives up to his nickname, "The waltz King."
