Ingredients:
- 4 taels (160g) pure chocolate
- 67.5g marshmallows
- 65g unsalted peanuts
- ome colour cellophone paper
Method:
- Chop pure chocolate
- Sit over warm water until melted
- Grind peanuts finely and add to melted chocolate with marshmallows. Mix well and pour into pan. Chill.
- Cut into small piecesand wrap with cellphane paper.
Cook's Tip:
- Melt chocolate over warm water. If the water is too hot or too cold, it is difficult to melt the chocolate.
- Home-made chocolate is always treated as a warm greeting to your guest.
- The ingredients can be replaced by another dried nuts and fruits like almond, dried apricot, dried plum and raisins. All of them are the good substutions for the chocolate.
