Ingredients:
- Baby carrot ...... 1 bowl
- Baby sweet corn ...... 1 bowl
- Asparagus ...... 3 stalks
- Chicken tenderloin ...... 1 pc (200g)
- Fresh straw mushrooms ...... 10 pcs
- Ginger ...... 2 slices
Seasoning:
- Olive oil ...... 1 thsp
- Salt ...... 1/4 tsp
- Sugar ...... 1/2 tsp
- Soy sauce ...... 1 tsp
- Corn strach ...... 1 tsp
- Water ...... 2 thsp
Method:
- Marinate chicken for 30 minutes and shred.
- Rinse the baby carrot, asparagus, straw mushrooms and baby sweet corns, chop into small dices.
- Heat the wok, add 1 thsp of oil, fry the chicken tenderloins. Add the diced straw mushrooms, baby carrot, asparagus and baby sweet corn. Finally stir well with the seasoning and serve.
