In Munich, Germany, we walked from Marien Square to
the Church of Our Lady (Frauenkirche).
This Gothic church was made of bricks and it was
completed in 1488. During World War II, however,
Munich was bombed many times; the Church of Our Lady
was not spared too.
The dome completely collapsed.
The altar was completely destroyed.
All of the walls were blown down.
The church was almost completely gone. However,
miraculously, the colorful stain-glass painting above the
altar survived the bombing.
After World War II, the church was reconstructed. The
church includes -- among many of its new features -- two
towers that are 99 meters tall.
The King Ludwig III of Bavaria, who made a great
contribution to the reconstruction of Munich, was buried
in the crypt of the church.
The Church of Our Lady is still very much a spiritual
symbol of Munich.
We walked into the church. It was very grand and serene
in the building. An atmosphere of solemnity and nobility
permeated the church.
A sacred ceremony was being conducted in the church.
The priest was giving a sermon and a choir was singing
hymns.
People were sitting or kneeling in front of the altar.
A priest in black robes used the railings to prevent all
tourists, including us, from advancing further. All of us
were not allowed to move closer. Instead, we could only
view the ceremony from a distance outside the iron
railings.
At this moment, I thought of my "will power".
Why not use my "will power" to make the priest swing
open the railings for us to enter?
So I activated my "will power".
I recited quietly, "This is an edict. Open the gate. I want
to enter. I am the Venerable King of Light."
I recited this three times.
Instantly, something strange happened. The priest in
black robes suddenly bowed, swung open the railings,
and invited me to enter alone.
I then called out to all my disciples and we went in
together.
Ha! We entered the inner chamber of the church.
We lit white candles, and all of us put our palms together
in front of the statue of Mary. We then paid respects to
each and every statue of the saints in the church.
Some of my disciples drank holy water that was
available.
I went close to the crypt of King Ludwig, and blew one
breath on it.
I saw that King Ludwig slowly ascended to heaven.
Afterwards, I walked out of the inner chamber, away
from the iron railings, and then left the church. The sky
was blue.
I would like to share my opinion on this event. I was a
stranger in this unfamiliar city, since it was my first visit.
I saw King Ludwig who was a stranger to me. However,
this is all about affinity.
I chanted, "Om. Ah. Hum."
I blew a breath and King Ludwig ascended to heaven.
I just felt that I have this ability, and I did it without any
reason.
I did it for nothing; it happened simply because this is a
kind of affinity. This is what affinity is all about.
