What is relief?

Release is: to the past things, no longer miss, to leave the people, no longer pestering, to do not do, no remorse, no longer can not get, no longer nostalgia.


To let go is to take responsibility for yourself, respect others, and see through everything.



Why we live so tired is because we have too many trivial things in our hearts.
