炎亞綸跟楊銘威一起去製作本週指定食材「糯米腸」，從清洗大腸到灌米飯都要親手做，灌米腸步驟繁瑣，楊銘威回想起上週主廚姚元浩說「灌米腸很簡單」，一旁的炎亞綸手拿著大腸回覆說：「還好上星期沒做這個，真的會完蛋。」

本週《來吧！營業中》的小幫手是李玖哲，完全無餐廳打工經驗的他，樂天地表示自己什麼都願意做。好友姚元浩叮嚀大家，對待李玖哲要跟「baby」一樣，除了唱歌以外的事，都要教他。吳映潔很有耐心的在一旁帶著他教導他，她笑說：「因為在李玖哲的身上看到第一次的我。」
