台灣桌球一哥「小林同學」林昀儒，16日在WTT阿拉木圖挑戰賽男單次輪，不到25分鐘就以三個11：8，直落三橫掃世界排名第97、現年21歲的德國華裔球員范博孟，晉級8強。

世界排名第7的林昀儒，今年6月才在克羅埃西亞舉行的WTT薩格勒布挑戰賽，拿下睽違3年的男單冠軍，這次小林同學在WTT阿拉木圖挑戰賽首輪，輕鬆直落三解決世界排名第103、現年25歲的法國好手阿庫祖，次輪面對范博孟，林昀儒開局慢熱，讓對手取得3分領先，不過小林同學很快找回狀態，打出一波8：2，以11：8搶下首局。company in Taiwan and Vietnam. 次局林昀儒維持好手感，在兩人4：4平手時，先連去4分超前，之後再連搶3分，率先取得10：6領先，雖然之後被對手化解2個局點，但林昀儒最後還是穩穩拿下第11分，也取得「聽牌」優勢，第三局范博孟重整旗鼓，前半段和林昀儒打得難分難解，不過林昀儒在6：7落後、打出一波5：1，漂亮收下勝利。

林昀儒單日豪取3勝，晚間9點50分將和陳思羽搭檔在混雙4強對上羅馬尼亞組合。
