喬拉迪拿捏不定卡住王建民？

喬拉迪的拿捏不定，證明他只是一位大聯盟的總教練，還不是有定見

、視野的大聯盟優秀總教練。

當你有滿手好牌時，你還是要取捨，如何取捨？就考驗你將來是被人

稱道的名教頭，還是不過就是三十支球隊中的一位教練。我想喬拉迪

如果早決定王建民繼續回小聯盟投復健賽或休斯回小聯盟，都會比他

現在不知所措要好。

因為，目前的狀況，讓自己的球員作這樣的競爭，是不正常的調度，

這不是牛棚投手的競爭，讓先發投手在牛棚待命，這有可能毀了一位

好的先發投手，不論是精神上、受傷危險程度。

今天27日(週三)王建民有很好的中繼機會，但喬拉迪沒讓他上，我不

知原因為何？也許是為安撫建仔最近的無助，也許是受不了紐約媒體

和一堆專家的對他安排建仔到牛棚的質疑。

但看今天的比賽，張伯倫先發不穩，四局投了84球，失三分下場。

此時，如照喬拉迪先前的安排應讓建仔上來長中繼，但他讓昨天已投

一局的阿西維斯作長中繼，結果本來已追平分的局面，就是喬拉迪執

意不換阿西維斯，又被再攻下三分。

也許大家會說，洋基最近勝多敗少，少贏一場不算什麼？比賽還很長

，但從今天及以往的調度，可以觀察喬拉迪棒絿的素養，還有很大的

成長空間，他明顯是一位重臨場感覺的教練。他說王建民重返先發輪

值這件事，是計劃永遠趕不上變化的情況，證明他是相當隨機的人。

但因為太信任阿西維斯，讓前一天才投完一局的人，今天又要長中繼

，而前一天已經11比0，最後一局還要阿西維斯上來投第9局無關緊

要的局數，這都是令人不解的調度。不要忘了，就算不信任湯可或剛

從小聯盟上來羅柏森，但已經有11分的差距，為何還要讓牛棚裡重

要的投手上陣投最後一局?我想只要稍微了解棒球的朋友，大概都不會

這樣調度，這是我不認為他是個名教頭的觀察。

MLB賽季長，總教頭要有視野，既然喬拉迪還不滿意王建仔的伸卡球

，就應讓建仔回小聯盟繼續復健賽，現在叫上來又不知怎麼用他，這

種拿不定主意的教頭，竟然在豪門球隊洋基當總教頭，怪不得美國媒

體一致質疑他的調度。

我覺得這也是總教練的問題現在是吉拉迪連排王要先發的機會都不給吔!! 就如美國媒體所說的,如果今天換成是沙巴西亞、柏奈特或是佩堤特任何一個人會被這樣對待嗎???

Wang只是失去喬拉迪的信任, 季初的脫序表現, 誰當總總教練都會很小心的使用他, Wang必須重新慢慢一點一滴建立他的credit, 別人才會對他委以重任, 這個道裡放諸四海皆準, Wang是否能重回榮耀還是如慧星般消失? 取決於Wang自己的努力, 同時也看看洋基隊如何處理Wang, 更進一步瞭解MLB球團的運作方式.

So here comes an "expert" of psychology talking about self-reflection and what sinker guys need to survive in MLB. If you're this good at judging whether an AL 19-win pitcher is done after his injury year, I believe you wouldn't spend your valuable time bitching Wang and his fans. Come on, get a career. BTW, who goes to NYY fan forum to post messages? Teenagers like you who think the new skipper is better than Joe Torre. Given Girardi another 60 years, he still won't win one chapmpionship. Would you prove me wrong? At least wait until the Dodgers not being the best team, after winning NL West. Quit dope already, get straight brain. So what if Taiwanese fans love Wang and would like to see him pitching well. It's as natural as your posting English message in a "stupid, patriotic" Taiwanese Wang's fan blog in Chinese, isn't it? I wonder which country you're from; obviously, you can read sophisticated Chinese but cannot understand the simple human being instinct called "patriotism". That's what NYY fans or American people call pathetic. Mama didn't give you enough love growing up? Or your country doesn't make you feel you belong to it? Come on, Wang is done. Take a look at NYYfans or MLB Yankees forum. You'll see how most NYers view Wang. Business is business. Ever since Wang signed with Yankees, he automatically became their commodity. Even if they wanna trash him, he could be bitched anytime. On the other hand, if you also glance through what most people on the forum(the US ones, not the stupid patriotic, boxer-rebellion Taiwanese blogs) opine, most Yankees fans love their new coach. He's just 3rd year into this position (One year for Marlins), he's already able to carry along this work pretty dutifully. Dont compare him with Joe Torres- He's been a coach almost 20 years before joining Yankees, and a total of 30 year manager resume. Sinker pitchers need to: 1. Maintain the speed high (Mike Scott) 2. Keep it heavy (Kevin Brown) 3. Alternate with other good secondary offspeed pitches (Halladay) 4. Different pitching angles (Luis Tiant) in order to enjoy career longevity. If not, demise is inevitable. What above do you think your big Wang has? He now can't even throw the ball low enough to avoid strong swing. BTW, don't take Wang as your personal self-reflection. Wang is Wang, and you are you. His failure doesnt mean you're a loser. Grow up. A bandwagon fan. You dont love Wang. You only love yourself. You make use of Wang to overcome your low self-esteem. Pathetic.

明明四局小張下了五局換上來的不是小王七局下又有一次機會換上來的還不是小王一個在過去有每五天先發投八局實力的投手現在只剩每五天撿個兩三局來投可能還是那種敗處的局面教練你要這樣搞就不要每天在那邊對媒體說一堆假話說什麼我們還是需要他他還是名先發投手.........

經紀公司真的該出面 & 喬拉迪不穩重

我也認為經紀公司真的該出面, 因為MLB本來就是一種商業活動, 建仔是你經紀公司的商品 (雖然不該物化, 但商業活動就是如此), 經紀公司不知好好行銷並保護你的商品, 等建仔因被喬拉迪這樣亂搞, 最後真的會讓一位選手被糟蹋掉另外喬拉迪真的不是一位成熟的教練, 從每次在場邊看他的表情就知, 都是一付相當緊張的樣子, 這種肢體語言是相當明顯的, 不像托瑞或老虎隊或紅襪隊...等, 這些教練你可看到不論領先或落後, 都是一付神色自若, 談笑用兵, 這才是洋基花大錢請的教練該有的風範

面對這種情況, 經紀公司應該要出面溝通, 建仔的經紀公司無能為力或是還在睡覺, 躺著就可以抽佣, 建仔應該斷然換經紀公司.
