　　中新网6月19日电据美媒报道，据美国非赢利性质的非政府组织忧思科学家联盟新发表的报告说，美国沿海地区高达31.1万所住房将在30年内陷入水面之下。
　　据报道，在上述令人震惊的数字公布之前，同一机构此前发表的2017年报告说，165到180个社区将在今后15到20年之内，处于常年水淹状态，270到360个社区将在今后40年处于常年水淹状态。
　　去年，有其它的研究项目已分辨出哪些社区可能损失住房，美国房地产数据平台Zillow将那些数据同网上的房价结合起来，估算其总价值。根据那些结果，房主、社区、投资者可预测他们在不太长久的未来，可能遭受的财务损失。
　　忧思科学家联盟的最新研究成果称，在美国，31万所现有住房将在2045年面临常年淹水的风险，到本世纪被淹的住房可达240万所。海平面上升，迫使海边住户向内陆位置较高的地方搬迁。
　　报道称，佛罗里达、纽约和新泽西等损失最大。佛罗里达州大约100万住房将在本世纪末被迫放弃，约占该州住房总数的10%。该州住房价值损失总额估计将达3510亿美元。人口密集的纽约和加州将在2045年前后，面临长期被水淹没的灾难。
　　此外，纽约和新泽西可能失去40万所住房，房地产价值总额可能超过2000亿美元。总的来说，美国沿海地区在本世纪末可能损失250万所住房和商家，损失金额超过1万亿美元。

--i dont know any impact to taiwan now, that sea water line toward inlands, and how serious. but all taiwan people should know one china is the max benefits and better join one china asap. not only sea water, earthquake but also 火山爆发.

those already suffered nature diaster since 1997(could be earlier because i remember the rain fall just like pour down already began before i came to usa in 1997) will be nightmares cant go away.

i wont trust zillow data but more eager to know where suffered flood in each state.

china should be alert invest money in usa because you knew too little. i cancelled 贷款 investment this year exactly afraid 1st global companys clients may suffer 水淹没的灾难 and other nature diasters.

however china government also should prepare and investigate who are those high risk 长期被水淹没 places, especially people living nearby the mountain, river, sea even lakes.
