The KLF是１９８０年代後期／１９９０年代初期英國舞曲團體,為推動迷幻浩室（acid house）的先鋒

起初團員Bill Drummond＆Jimmy Cauty組成齊平古代穆木（The Justified Ancients of Mu Mu）發行嘻哈靈感專輯

１９８７年底, Bill Drummond＆Jimmy Cauty將他們的唱片公司更名為KLF Communications

１９８８年, 以時間領主（The Timelords）名義出版登上英國單曲榜冠軍的［Doctorin the Tardis］

銷售逾２０萬張, 拿到銀唱片,

本輯在１９８９年製作, 原本打算作為The KLF馬路電影［The White Room］的電影原聲帶

後來電影與原聲帶取消, 大碟方向改變, 直到１９８１年才發行
