空間作品「春天市集」承襲了HUN集團創新、用心等核心理念，巧手匠心再次打造出獨樹一格的新飲食藝文空間，並期許作品的新風格，能再為集團樹立下一波經典飲食文化。整體空間走相如同進入歐洲廣場市集般，充滿了春天的盎然新意與豐饒的新鮮風情，空間相當吸引諸多年輕漂亮女孩為之風靡並成為熱門的拍照景點。

Inherited from the HUN catering group’s honorable sprits such as innovation and dedication, the new restaurant is ready to establish the new culinary culture. Diffusing the exotic European market ambience, the new restaurant is abundant with invigorating and flourishing atmosphere, and has become the photo attraction to many young and lovely girls.

作品基地約160坪，中有狹長過到空間連結內部的主空間與用餐區。設計團隊於前期的激盪思考過程中，將空間風格定義走向歐洲廣場市集的概念，狹長過道空間巧妙融合歐洲街道意象，沿途有精緻小餐館、童趣雜貨店、精美古董店和飄香的麵包坊等，此用心鋪陳匯聚的歐風街道區，照明以微弱燈色對比出後續廣場區能更顯光鮮奪目。

In the footage of 160 pings, the restaurant has the long interim space connecting to the big dining area. The design team inspired from the European market ingeniously decorated the long passage with the elements of European-style landscaping, along which the exquisite eateries, kid-friendly grocery stores, splendid antique store, fragrant bakeries, etc. illuminated by the dim lights disseminate the glorious charms.

廣場區營造成舒適愜意的歐洲市集，以貨車雜貨區為中心，周圍有架高溫室區、公園座位區、店舖外座位區和最吸睛亮眼的貨車用餐區。各區域有不同的主題氛圍，不因擴增座位數而期許將大部份的精心景貌留給每位賓客，在用餐之餘還能享受悠閒的寬敞空間，以及享受盡情街拍取景的樂趣。

The extensive space decorated with the cars, elevated plants, park benches, outdoor seats and the most enticing truck-like dining area that exhibits the aura of European market. Each area has different themes, of which the engaging and capacious dining spaces provide the satisfactory dining and photo-shooting experiences.

用餐區廣場屬大場域空間採光充足，其中運用了多套的燈光系統營造室內多様氛圍，以照明強弱劃分有白天、黃昏、與夜晚等不同街風。空間中並大量運用了綠藝植栽與花藝，注入仿若戶外廣場中的清新樣貌，使得整體空間能更具朝氣與活力，貼近主題氛圍。

The dining areas are spread with abundant lightings, of which the diverse illumination equipment spawns the day, dusk and night senses of sights. The plentiful greenery plants and floras vitalize the space charisma as well.
