Jenny sang ''Amazing Grace'' for us and explained the background of this song. Her voice was sweet and with power. It was really amazing.
約翰死於1807年，同年英國率先在本土禁止黑奴貿易。後來反黑奴貿易運動越來越激烈，英國殖民地於1833年，瑞典殖民地於1846年，法國殖民地於1848年，荷蘭殖民地於1863年禁止黑奴貿易。最後1865年美國南北戰爭結束，黑奴貿易才徹底終結。
