Consensus:

When mass media report one event or the problem of society would let people notice and then become the issue of public consensus. People would discuss that and then that would be the same values in the society. For instance, now lots of countries agree that we have to protect environment. National consensus has been made just like we have to decrease the emissions of carbon dioxide.
