Payment of SERVICE shall cover each single Purchase Order placed to SSIW from any and all EPC contractors and/or CLIENT directly, which identified CLIENT and/ or its Affiliates as the final End User until Termination of the agreement.
服務款項的支付應包括各個由任何和所有EPC包商和或其客戶，直接向SSIW所發出的各訂單金額款項，所謂的客戶和其分支機構即為到本合約中止前的最終用戶

Certain payment of Service Fee shall be agreed mutually betweenSSIW and WASSET case by case before each single Purchase Order
placed.
此服務費用的支付須由SSIW和WASSET間，在發出各採購單前，即先就個案方式相互議定其金額。
